The Starter plan is free to use indefinitely within the specified limits. No credit card is required to start.
Professional and Elite plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. These fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
GST Pro utilizes an automated subscription management system. Paid plans (Professional or Elite) are active for the duration of the billing cycle. Upon expiration of the paid period, your account will automatically revert to the Starter (Free) plan. Your data remains safe, but usage will be subject to free plan limits until a new subscription is activated.
In cases of accidental double payment or technical failure resulting in non-activation of service, please contact us at business@lubhata.com within 48 hours for a resolution.
